Corporate name endings requirement

Your Nevada corporation name ending must not be deceptively similar or the same as any limited partnership, foreign limited-liability company, corporation, limited-liability Company, foreign corporation, or a name reserved by any other proposed corporation. However, the name can be accepted with written consent of the affected entity.

A name belonging to a natural person or containing initials or a given name must not be used as a corporate name unless additional words like “limited,” “incorporated,” “inc.,” “company,” “ltd.,” “co.,” “corp.” “Corporation,” is added at the end of the name.

Director information

* A minimum of one director should be registered.
* The director must be an adult of 18 years or older.
* The director must be listed in the corporation’s articles of incorporation.
* The Director may not be a resident of Nevada State.

* The following documents must be kept at the Nevada LLC corporation’s principal office
* Copies of articles of incorporation and amendments certified by Secretary of State
* A copy of by-laws and amendments duly certified by an officer of the corporation
* A copy of stock ledger or a statement where it is kept
